The actress is most famous for her role as Jane Seymour, the young girl who would become the 3rd Queen of Henry VIII on the television series The Tudors. Briem, who began her journey as an actor at age nine at Iceland's National Theater, is best known for playing Jane Seymour. Briem began her career as a child actor in the age of sixteen when she emigrated to London. She was a part of an adaptation of Lenin, in Love by The New End Theater.
